Equipment Rental Deposit: A deposit is due to reserve the rental date and to insure there will be no damages to the rented equipment. Deposit will be refundable after a satisfactory examination of the rented property. All equipment should be clean and in good working order upon return examination.
Operation: Products must be operated over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass. The unit may not be operated on a rough surface, such as rocks, bricks, glass, or any other jagged objects. Lessee must furnish an electrical outlet rated at 110 volts with a 20 amp (or greater) fuse capacity located within 100' of each unit. A minimum 4' clearance on all sides of the bouncer must be observed at all times. The unit positively can not be located near any wall, pole, or other fixed object. Equipment must be securely anchored to the ground prior to use. Adult supervision is required at all times. Age groups should not be mixed together during use of bouncer.
Terms of Lease: Lessee grants Coastal Party Rental the right to enter location for delivery and pick up of all rented equipment. Rental fees and any other applicable charges are due upon receipt of equipment. Lessee is fully responsible for operation of the equipment after receipt. Lessor is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or any persons using the equipment. Lessee further agrees to hold lessor free and harmless against any claims. Lessor shall be indemnified from any and all costs, including any court or attorney fees and any other related costs. Lessee shall provide his own liability insurance unless otherwise specified. Lessee is responsible for the full replacement cost of all rented items in the event of any act which may damage or destroy leased property. If lessee does not abide by the conditions of this agreement, then lessee must reimburse lessor for any and all costs incurred as a result; including court and attorney fees incurred by Coastal Party Rentals to enforce the terms of this contract. If it is determined that lessor's property is not being operated safely in line with this agreement, then time of return of the equipment is not applicable and all the equipment is immediately due to be surrendered to the lessor. Customers may cancel rental anytime prior to 48 hours before scheduled delivery of equipment.
